Account data: email address, name, hashed password. Usage data: projects, translation keys, language preferences, and team activity. Technical data: IP address, browser user agent, error logs. We do not use third-party analytics that track you across the web.
2. How we use your data
To provide and improve the service, authenticate you, send transactional emails (password reset, OTP verification), and comply with legal obligations. We never sell your data.
3. Where your data lives
On the self-hosted version, your data stays on your infrastructure — we have no access to it. On the managed service, data is stored on servers located in the European Union and encrypted at rest.
4. Your rights

5. Cookies
We use essential cookies only: a session cookie to keep you logged in, and a preference cookie for your theme and language. No analytics, no advertising cookies.
6. Retention
Account data is kept as long as your account is active. After account deletion, data is wiped within 30 days. Technical logs are retained for 90 days.

This policy may be updated. The latest version is always available on this page with the last-updated date shown above.
