Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the i18n Dashboard software and the managed service (if you subscribe to it). The self-hosted software is licensed separately — see the license file in the source repository.

1. Acceptable use
You agree to use the service in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. You may not use the service to translate or distribute content that is illegal, infringing, or harmful. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms after a notice.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. Any activity under your account is your responsibility. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
3. Your data
Your translations, projects, and metadata remain yours. You grant us the rights necessary to host and operate the service for you. You can export or delete your data at any time.
4. No warranty
The software is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Self-hosted deployments are under your full responsibility.
5. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim, or the equivalent of one hundred euros, whichever is greater.
6. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance via email or in-app notification.
